Growing up, I was always helping care for my younger siblings and cousins, and I’ve been working professionally with children since I was 15, giving me 9 years of childcare experience. I’m currently a lead preschool teacher, where I work with children every day to support their learning, development, and social-emotional growth. I’m comfortable caring for children of all ages and have experience with everything from infants to school-age kids. I’m also comfortable transporting children and enjoy planning fun, active days. Hello everyone! My name is Julia and I’m recent graduate from Oregon State University. I’m offering childcare services, household services, and pet care services. I have childcare experience with multiple-child families, ages 2-12. I’m able to run errands, grocery shop, clean, make meals and snacks, and laundry if requested. For pet care, I have experience with both cats and dogs. I have a cat of my own so I’m well-versed in playing, changing litter, and on-time feeding. I love playing with the animals as well, and will give them great company! I don’t have allergies to any pets. A little more about me: I love to cook new recipes, read fiction books, be out in nature, bird watch, and do arts and crafts. One of my favorite crafts I did as a kid was making fairy houses! You can take bark, leaves, sticks and twigs, moss, and anything else you can find outside (+ hot glue) and make something magical. Pro tip: Dust the top of it with fairy dust (glitter) when the kids go to bed so they wake up to a little fairy surprise!
