She kept us updated, took great care of the girls, and was incredibly patient (even when my oldest cat decided she wanted absolutely nothing to do with the plan 😅😂) She genuinely went above and beyond, and it was obvious how much she cared about making sure everything went smoothly and treating the cats with patience and gentleness.
