Hello! My name is Ella! I’ve loved working with kids from a young age, starting with babysitting and nannying for families. I then spent four years coaching youth rock climbing, where I became Head Coach and Assistant Programs Manager. I have experience working with children of all ages and abilities, including children with autism and other unique needs. I’m CPR certified, patient, responsible, and love being creative. I enjoy planning outdoor adventures and creating a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where every child feels supported. I’m currently in school studying Exercise Science and Nutrition, and I’m looking for a flexible opportunity to help families. I loved babysitting growing up and have always enjoyed spending time with children. Over the past year, I worked at a school for children with autism spectrum disorder, where I developed strong attentiveness, patience, and the ability to respond thoughtfully to each child's individual needs.

As fourth of eight kids, chaos and childcare have always been second nature. I grew up babysitting all over my neighborhood and never really stopped. These days, working in a K–12 school keeps the kid-wrangling skills sharp, and being the favorite aunt of 12 adds plenty of fun to the mix. I was a nanny for a family of 3 beautiful baby girls. Olivia (3-6), Gabby (1-3), and Izzy (4 months-2) so I have plenty of experience with children. I also babysat for another family that has 3 children - two girls, one boy, same ages as the previous family. The third family I provide date night services for has two wonderful children - 9 year old boy and 5 year old baby girl. The fourth family I occasionally babysat for have 3 beautiful children - 5 year old girl, 2 year old baby boy, and 1 year old baby boy. Growing up I always wanted to watch my younger siblings and cousins and surround myself with babies.
