I’ve been babysitting and nannying since middle school, whether for a family here and there, or long-term. In high school I nannied for three, pre- and elementary school-aged boys. Twice a week for three years I picked them up from school, took them to swimming, tennis, or soccer lessons, and helped with homework. During my undergrad, I was an RA and head RA. I have a master’s degree from Western Washington University and taught ENG 101 for two years. I also worked at a youth coach at VITAL climbing gym for 2 years where I taught children aged 8-17 to climb safely indoors.
