I have been babysitting for well over 10 years, beginning in high school. I have experience with all ages, but the most experience with infant-2 years. I was a teacher in a learning center in the infant room for 2.5 years, have been a nanny for more than 6 families, all but one with an infant at start. I also have helped with my niece and nephews since they were newborns. I am adaptable, a quick learner, and able to multitask effortlessly. I believe that caregivers are a huge part of young children’s lives and can aid or deter development depending on the care given. I believe in teaching emotional regulation, working through big feelings together, and teaching positive morals and values to help young children grow, learn, and become the best versions of themselves.

Hi! My name is Beydan and I am currently a senior at the University of Minnesota I’ve been babysitting since I was 16 and have experience caring for kids of all different ages! As the oldest in my family, I’ve always been the one looking after the little ones, so being around kids has always felt super natural to me. I also spent two years working with children at autism centers, which gave me even more experience working with different personalities and needs. Hi! My name is Lucianna but I go by Lu, I’m currently a senior at PHS. I am offering child care, pet care, and household services. I love babysitting and have experience with mostly ages 2 and up. I’d love to help with any needs for you and your family such as; picking kids up from school, crafts, homework help, driving kids to any practices, and of course any house chores that need to be done. Im also available for any pet sitting/care. I’ve been around many different types of animals my whole life and have grown very fawn of them. After babysitting friends children and my own nieces and nephews for 20 years. I’ve recently started doing it for others. My friends and family will tell you that I really like kids and kids really like me. I'm good at crafting, helping with homework, and keeping kids busy away from the screens. In addition to the babies and toddlers I am presently nannying, I currently have three nieces who are 7, a niece who is 10, nephews that are 14 and 18 and nieces that are 20 and 21. So I am familiar with child development from birth to adulthood. What I love about little ones is how fast they learn and they change so much it’s like meeting a new kid every week! I’m not just an occasional babysitter. I have been with these kids anywhere from 10 to 30 hours a week depending on the week. If I’ve learned one thing it is that every child is different, every parent is different and clear communication is the key to success. I will work hard to meet your expectations, ask questions where necessary and use my judgment in emergencies. I’m a non-smoker, I have a reliable car and I am fully vaccinated for COVID and everything else. I am CPR certified and I have taken classes in SIDS/abusive head trauma and pediatric first aid.

I’d describe my personality as detail oriented, hard working, and someone who enjoys having fun! I like working with kids because I grew up with four younger sisters that I helped take care of and enjoy hanging out with and taking care of kids. I have been around kids of all ages my entire life. In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends, hang out with and walk my dog, read, and try cooking new recipes! I also work as a DSP and have 9 months of experience working with individuals with mental and learning disabilities. One thing you should know about me is that I grew up helping take care of me sisters and was homeschooled. I am currently a sophomore in college.
