Hello my name is Maria, I have about 12+ years experience working with children. From ages ranging from infant to 12 years old, in and outside the school setting. I have experience delivering behavior therapies as well. I am very quick when it comes to creating fun new ideas with children. I am patient, compassionate and understanding. My love for animals makes me a great animal sitter as well. Looking forward to meeting you and your family.

Maria was wonderful with our 11-month-old baby. She arrived early, was very professional, and immediately put us at ease. She followed our bedtime routine carefully and handled everything calmly and confidently. Communication was clear and timely, which we really appreciated since we were out for the evening. Our baby was well cared for and sleeping peacefully when we returned. We would absolutely recommend Maria to other families and would be happy to work with her again!

• Bachelor’s in Sociology with a minor in Child Development • Master’s in Education in progress • Certified child care provider in the state of California includes: yearly CPR certification, vaccinations, trust line certified, and more! I believe my experience aligns well with what you’re looking for because I’m a very compassionate and self motivated individual. My family has a licensed childcare center. The way we’ve seen our mother teach, guide, support, and encourage little ones is definitely the reason my sisters and I began our journey toward working with children and the root to our ongoing career paths. When time permits I supervise the children and assistants. As well as connect with parents and keep them up to date. Moreover, I worked at an elementary school in Hermosa Beach and at behavioral health network as a Behavior Technician. In regards to nannying I have experience all around - overnight stays, date nights, part time position, and full time position ( I was with my previous family for two years:) Mothers helper: I come in as an extra set of hands for a couple of hours to take care of typical household needs. Which includes laundry, tidying, organizing, and light cleaning. I am open to running errands/ grocery shopping - gas fee add on. This does not include childcare coverage, but can for an increase hourly rate. Nanny work: I enjoy spending time with children (art, reading, outdoor play, etc.) and helping them get out of their comfort zone. When it comes to activities with the child/children it really depends on what you’re open to as the parent. If I’m given a budget we could go to the zoo, aquarium, etc. Of course there’s always the park, library, and playing at home. I’m open to using my car when needed (with gas reimbursement:). Overall, I always keep in mind on what’s in the best interest for the child (of course, with the input of the parents). Note: Regardless of the type of booking I want to emphases that my job is to focus on the well being and development of your child/ children. When time permits I don’t mind unloading/ loading dishwasher, etc. I am in no means a professional cook or cleaner. *I have experience house- sitting and dog sitting as well! * rates vary on holiday bookings * If this is something that works for you I look forward on connecting further. Respectfully, Susana

Hello, my name is Nancy, I have experience because other than being a mother of 4 I was a provider of IHSS which stands for In-Home Supportive Services. I have taken care of seniors that require patience and much care and my last job I was working with a girl with special needs for 2 years. Now I have a part time with a baby girl 4-months-old and a Baby Boy 8-months-old I love working with all ages because each age brings its own adventures. In my free time I like to exercise, cook, and read. I also want to be honest, My English is not perfect But that is not an impediment to being a reliant and loving babysitter. I am also certified in adult and pediatric First Aid, CPR, & AED.

Nancy has been the greatest gift to our family. She started with our son at 5-months-old and has loved him like her own. She cooks for him, makes sure he is fed, happy, and exploring the world. She sings to him in English and Spanish, even combs his hair as she gets him ready for the day. She is kind, communicative, reliable, thoughtful, fun, detailed oriented, and beyond helpful. She proactively helps around the house in a way that brings me deep peace. I always know when Nancy has been in a room because it is spotless and filled with little details love. She even offers to help with our 3-year-old daughter when she has a day off from preschool. Both of our kids ADORE her. Please contact me for any further reference information, but in short: Nancy will be the best thing that happened to your growing family—to your baby, and you.

Hi, my name is Adilyn. I'm originally from New York, but have been in California for over 20 years. I'm married with two young adults. I've been a stay at home mother all of my children's lives. I decided to do some babysitting because I enjoy being around kids and I could also continue doing my part as a mom/wife. I have been very fortunate to be able to be home with my kids throughout their life and if I can provide some ease to parents looking for a caretaker then I'm glad to do it.

Adilyn is just fantastic - we love her calm and positive energy, her commitment to caring for our little one, and her proactivity with early arrival and cleanup. We're so thankful to have found her for future date nights!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
