Hello Families, My name is Adriana, and I am looking for a full-time nanny position in the Bay Area. I have more than 15 years of childcare experience, with a special focus on newborns, infants, and toddlers. My background is in Early Childhood Education, and I follow a Montessori-inspired approach that encourages learning, independence, and development through everyday experiences. I am passionate about helping children reach important developmental milestones. I support healthy sleep and feeding routines, language development, motor skills, and learning through play. I enjoy creating engaging activities that encourage children to explore, move, learn, and gain confidence as they grow. I also believe that children benefit from experiencing the world around them. I enjoy taking them to libraries, story times, music classes, parks, playgrounds, and other age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development. Families describe me as loving, patient, dependable, organized, and deeply committed to the children in my care. I am a native Spanish speaker and have basic English for everyday communication. I have successfully worked with Bay Area families for many years, have a clean California driving record, reliable transportation, and excellent local references. I am available throughout the South Bay and Peninsula, including San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, San Carlos, Belmont, and San Mateo. I would love the opportunity to support your family and help your child thrive.

Adriana was wonderful with our 4-month old. She kept baby occupied with play, singing, exercises, and talking. She’s a natural teacher and very caring towards infants. I would highly recommend her!

Hello, I’m a career nanny with over 15 years of professional experience working in private homes, caring for children from newborn through 12 years old and supporting the unique needs of each stage. I am infant and child CPR/First Aid certified, TrustLine registered, a Newborn Care Specialist and thoroughly vetted by multiple nanny agencies. I am currently available for full-time positions. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve been fortunate to build strong, lasting relationships with both children and parents, and I’d love the opportunity to help your family as well. Best, Carrie

Carrie was a life saver. Needed last minute help to take care of our 4 year old. She responded quickly, and made sure to come a few minutes early. It was apparent she has a lot of experience caring for children. She connected with our son right away and they played nonstop. She limited screen time and was very responsible. Overall, he had a great time with her and we felt safe and secure leaving him with Carrie. Would definitely hire again.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
