I’ve also worked with children on the autism spectrum. My responsibilities have included caregiving, tutoring, crafting, and mentoring. I can also cook and clean. I look forward to nurturing relationships with potential children and families! :)

Andrea is excellent. She was on time, very kind, very professional. I highly recommend her.

Hi, there! My name is Alyssa, and I am native to the Bay Area, having moved to LA in 2024. I love to read, learn about different cultures, cook, and spend time outdoors, usually by taking long walks around the neighborhood with my dog or just sitting outside and soaking in the sun. Having grown up in a big family I’ve always been surrounded by kids and loved it. Their happy-go-lucky nature and inquisitive spirit make it a joy for me! In terms of childcare experience: I've spent three summers working as a camp counselor for Steve and Kate's Camp in San Francisco. The attendance of campers varied on a daily basis but the Sunset location's average was around 130 kids. The ages ranged from 5 to 13. Every day was busy, and I never knew what to expect, but it was always a lot of fun. For three separate summers, I worked as a teaching assistant at my old high school, St. Ignatius College Prep, mainly working with middle school-aged kids. I’ve been using the app Urbansitters since about 2018 and I’ve gotten to know many lovely families as a result. I love getting to know all sorts of different kids. Even though they may be young, they all have their own unique personalities, which makes my job of hanging out with them all the more fun. If you have any questions please contact me. Hope to hear from you! :)

Hi, my name is Ashly! I’m 27 years old and a dedicated caregiver with a passion for working with children. I have experience caring for kids of different ages, I understand the importance of providing a nurturing and safe environment for little ones. My goal is to support families by offering reliable and compassionate care. provide childcare services tailored to each child’s needs, including:     •    Infant and toddler care     •    Engaging and age-appropriate activities     •    Meal prep and feeding support     •    Basic housekeeping related to childcare     •    Assistance with bedtime and nap routines I strive to create a warm and structured environment where children feel safe, happy, and engaged! I have hands-on experience caring for infants, especially since I understand their unique needs, such as feeding schedules, sleep routines, and developmental milestones. I’ve also worked with toddlers and older children, engaging them in fun and educational activities that help with social and cognitive development. I love engaging children in age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and creativity. With infants, I enjoy tummy time, sensory play, and music activities to support their development. For toddlers and older kids, I incorporate arts and crafts, storytime, and outdoor play to keep them active and entertained.

My kids were asleep and she came to stay in the hotel with them and I felt comfortable with that. She did bring her own baby which was ok with me for the role of sitting in the hotel room but it was the first time someone from urban sitter brought their own child. I might have wish to know before we matched.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
