I like to effectively communicate with parents regarding the children's care, schedule, and needs. I have changed diapers, bathed, made meals and snacks, entertained, planned fun activities to do, took kids places (activities, school, sports, etc.), helped with homework, cleaned up after, done laundry, and put kids to bed.
