Hello! I have been working with kids for the past 4 years now and I absolutely love it! I have the most experience with infants and toddlers but I still have ample experience with kids up to 12. I worked at a daycare for the past three years primarily with ages 6 weeks - 3 years but I also worked as a swim instructor with kids up to 12. I love crafting and playing games! I am comfortable with diapers, potty training, and breast milk/formula. I can watch 3-5 kids at once depending on the ages and I am also fully vaccinated.

I am a warm, playful and emotionally attuned person. I have been a teacher working in Bay Area kindergartens and preschools for 12 years and currently work as a behavioral specialist for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis/ Special Education. I speak fluent Hebrew and English, and functional Spanish. In my work with children I weave in art, games, and yoga, and a curiosity about the natural world.

Hi, I’m Simone! I’m an empathetic, responsible, and active caregiver with a background in youth development and education, including experience working with elementary-aged children. Most recently, I worked as a Summer Camp Coordinator, where I created 36 STEAM lesson plans each week and coordinated three weekly excursions throughout the San Francisco Bay Area for 100 elementary-aged children, and was the manager for 14 adult staff and 25 teen interns. Before that, I worked in an after-school program in downtown San Jose, providing homework support and leading sports and recreation activities. I’ve also worked with children and teens in summer programs, teaching swimming and leading aquatic activities including stand-up paddleboarding and surfing with the FVC for UCSB alumni families. I love creating fun, positive experiences while making sure kids feel safe, supported, and heard. I’m CPR/First Aid certified and have extensive experience with active supervision and safety. I’m currently between jobs and excited to use my extra time to provide families with dependable, caring, and engaging childcare!

I am a UC Berkley recent grad trying to save up as much as possible for law school. I have a a disabled brother who I was often in charge of taking care of as well as helping with homework. I used work with children and young adults for a living and love children. I also oddly enjoy cleaning and cooking. I am very outgoing and can hold a conversation with about anyone including children.:)
