My Bio I have over 5 years of childcare experience, a background in child development and behavior, and 2 years as an au pair. I have worked with multiple children and various age groups, allowing me to adapt quickly to different personalities and needs. I am known for being adaptable, easygoing, supportive, caring, and dedicated to my work, ensuring that children feel safe, loved, and engaged under my supervision. I am a good driver, ensuring that children are transported safely to and from school, activities, and appointments. I am well-versed in organization, meal preparation, and creating structured routines for children, including morning, afternoon, and nighttime routines. We hired Kayla as a part time nanny. She has surpassed all of our expectations and we feel incredibly lucky to get to work with her. She is calm, confident, proactive, reliable and considerate. We couldn’t ask for a better nanny and trust her implicitly. Any family would be lucky to have her.

Hi, My name is Francielly I’m 32 years old, from Brazil. I have been living in the Bay Area since December 2015. I came as an au pair and worked with the same family for two and a half years (and still babysit for them sometimes) The kids were 14months old girl and newborn twin boys when I started. After that in August 2018 I started working with a 8 months old baby as a nanny live out and I have been with them since. After a year we welcomed another baby. I worked for this family for 4 and a half years. Since 2022 I have been working with a family full time. The baby was 2.5 months when I started. I’m flexible and I love to be around kids, specially babies, for me is really compensated to see the babies growing up and learning new things, be able to teach and see them developing its amazing rewarding. I have been babysitting and working with a lot of families and have plenty of experience with infants and toddlers, also I have a few experiences with other kids ages. I’m CPR certified and have all my vaccinations updated. I’m also TrustLine registered. I’m looking for a full time position for September 2024. Thank you Fran

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
