Hi, I’m Beatriz from Brazil, and I bring over 10 years of experience working with children. I began my journey in Rio de Janeiro, where I studied graphic design at university and worked as a part time camp assistant at an after school program. In 2018, I moved to California to improve my English and further my education through courses in arts, communication and kids development. From 2018 to 2021, I worked with the FR family, caring for their four children. This role strengthened my ability to manage the needs of multiple children of different ages. My daily responsibilities included drive, planning engaging activities, and supporting them with homework and online learning. From 2021 to 2023 I began working with the B family, caring for their two children—one of whom is autistic, while the other had limited social interaction due to lockdowns. My focus was on tutoring, enhancing their school performance, and supporting their motor and social development. Since January 2024, I have been working with the C family, who have three children, including a 15 month-old baby. This role has significantly enhanced my skills in caring for both infants and toddlers simultaneously. I am primarily responsible for managing afternoon activities, evening/night routine, preparing meals, and assisting with various household tasks as a family assistant. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have and look forward to the opportunity to support your family!

Beatriz was awesome and hit it off with our baby immediately! She's super helpful, proactive and immediately adapted to our family. Very proactive and super-pleasant to have around! Strongly recommended.

Hi, I’m Angelica! I’m a recent college graduate of Saint Mary’s and a longtime caregiver based in San Francisco’s Outer Sunset. I’ve worked with children ages 1-16 as a babysitter, tutor, youth summer camp leader, and older sister, and I genuinely love helping kids learn, grow, and have fun. Parents describe me as reliable, patient, energetic, and easy to communicate with. Whether we’re working on homework, doing arts and crafts, baking, playing sports, or simply spending quality time together, I strive to create a safe, engaging, and positive environment where children feel comfortable and supported. One of my favorite parts of childcare is getting kids out and about and creating fun experiences together. I love exploring San Francisco and am happy to take children on age-appropriate outings to places like the Academy of Sciences, the San Francisco Zoo, local parks, playgrounds, beaches, libraries, museums, and other community activities. I enjoy helping kids stay active, curious, and engaged while making lasting memories. A few things families appreciate about me: ✓ CPR certified for infants, children, and adults ✓ Clean driving record with experience transporting children to school, camps, sports, playdates, and activities ✓ Experience caring for children ages 1-16 ✓ Comfortable helping with homework and educational activities ✓ Happy to assist with light household tasks, errands, meal prep, and pet care ✓ Fully vaccinated I understand that every family has different needs, and I’m happy to adapt my approach to best support your household. Whether you need a dependable sitter for date nights, after-school pickups, weekend activities, occasional babysitting, or part-time care, I’d love to help. My schedule is flexible, and I’m happy to provide references upon request. I look forward to meeting you and your family!

We had a wonderful experience with Angelica! She took the kids to the park and out for food, and they absolutely loved spending time with her. She kept me updated throughout the day, which I really appreciated. The kids had a great time, and I felt very comfortable knowing they were in good hands. Would definitely recommend her!

Hi, my name is Wendy! 👋🏼 ☺️ I have an Associate’s Degree of Arts: Social and Behavioral Sciences and I recently got my Bachelor’s in Psychology. Im starting a Grad School Program fall 2026 for a LMFT at USF. My academic goal is to be a kids therapist because I truly love working with kids and that is the reason why I like babysitting since I get an opportunity to work with them. I am the eldest daughter of 4 siblings who are all boys and that I cared for since they were born until they grow up older. So the reason why I am very patient and kind with babies, toddlers and children of any ages is because I got the experience from taking care of my little brothers. But since 2020 I have been a nanny for 5 different families for about 1 or 2 years with each long term family. I can surely provide phone numbers for recommendation as well! One thing about me is that I love talking to babies even though they can’t answer back ha! I like taking toddlers and babies on walks, to closest library or just to explore any part of your place! I also enjoy teaching them the numbers, colors and singing appropriate age songs with them as well! I also love reading books with them. And lastly with children of 6-10+ years old I like to play table games or even painting as well. I am also a Spanish and English Tutor at Grade Potential Tutoring and Tutor Hero - so if you would like me to teach/practice with your children Spanish or English that’s something I am willing to work with them too :)

Wendy was so helpful to us at the last minute! She quickly bonded with my two year old and I felt very comfortable leaving the two of them to play all day together. My daughter even woke up the next day asking for her, which was really sweet to see. Wendy was punctual, kind, a responsive communicator and we can't wait to have her back!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
