I am warm, dependable, organized, and proactive, and I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, and thrive. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, encouraging independence, spending time outdoors, and supporting each child’s unique developmental journey. For full-time roles, I thrive in positions where I can confidently manage a child’s day, maintain consistent routines, and create engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences. I especially enjoy long-term partnerships built on trust, communication, and collaboration. I am certified in: • Red Cross Adult, Child & Infant CPR, First Aid, and AED • Build My Brain Training • Poison Prevention and Safety in Child Care Programs • Abusive Head Trauma (Shaken Baby Syndrome) Prevention • Supporting Emotional Development in Infants and Toddlers • Establishing Positive Relationships with Families • Understanding Infant and Toddler Development I look forward to supporting your family and becoming a positive part of your child’s village.

Lynette helped with my 4.5 yo and within minutes of arriving in our home, she had my daughter showing her books and toys. I heard giggles, laughter, they tided together after play, had lunch. Most of all, Lynette proactively asked where she could help while my daughter had lunch!! We would welcome Lynette back with open arms!

After finish the Aupair program, I worked full time with a boy when he is 2 months old until he turn 2 years old. Then I worked full time with sweet boy. Start from he is 6 months old. After that I take care of 2 kids( 6months and 2.5year old) until they go to school. Then I finish with share care 1 girl and 1 boy who will go to school. And current family I was start with sharecare with 2 girls and now they go to school soon. I really love cooking especially Thai food. My general tasks are changing diapers, making meals and snacks, feeding, taking them to the parks, bathing, doing physical activities, reading, playing, doing nap times and bedtimes, restocking diapers, refilling the water in humidifiers, folding laundry, cleaning baby's bottles and dishes, potty training, and everything related with children. Fon was wonderful with our 2 year old daughter. She helped us for a week and our daughter very quickly became so fond of her. She’s amazing, so warm and very good around kids. Definitely recommend her.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
