Hello! My name is Citlali and I go by Lali. I just graduated from SFSU with a BA in Political Science. I first started caring for kiddos in 2018. I was connected to families through my sorority and have been babysitting ever since! I enjoy caring for kids so much that I recently decided to change my career path and become an elementary school teacher. I have been an on-and-off nanny with multiple families for about 8 years in San Francisco. My normal routine with older kiddos included driving the kiddos to and from school activities, preparing lunch/dinner, and putting them to bed when parents were out for the night. For the littles, we would have disney dance parties, playground time, and lots of reading time. I am comfortable driving kiddos and have been driving in San Francisco for 8 years so I know my way around! I look forward to connecting and meeting your kiddos! :)

So wonderful with the kids! Would definitely hire her again!

I’m originally from Colombia and recently moved to San Francisco from Colorado to continue my education while doing what I truly love—supporting families and caring for children. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with an emphasis in Physical Education, and over four years of experience working with newborns, infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. Before moving to the U.S., I worked as an elementary school teacher, and during the past few years I’ve worked as both an au pair and a nanny, caring for children from 2 months to 16 years old. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, and I believe every child deserves to feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore the world around them. I enjoy planning creative activities, crafts, outdoor adventures, reading, and helping children learn through play. Families describe me as warm, caring, patient, organized, responsible, and dependable. I naturally take initiative, keep routines running smoothly, and love creating a calm, positive environment where both children and parents feel supported. Beyond childcare, I’m happy to help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, organizing, errands, and pet care—whatever helps make your family’s day a little easier.

We hired Itsa for household help. She was very efficient, punctual and was very good at the chores. She helped with laundry, light cleaning, dishes. On the personal front, she is polite and easy to talk to! We plan on continuing to hire her.

Hello families! My name is Leah, and I am excited to start working with you and your wonderful children. We might be a match if you're looking for someone with childhood development cred -- both in theory and in practice. I received two degrees from San Francisco State University in Child and Adolescent Development, covering early childhood and school age, and minored in special education. I've been putting what I learned to good use with the families I support, both long term ad occasionally. I understand why babies, toddlers, preschoolers and kiddos do what they do; I understand what is developmentally appropriate for them; and I will help guide them with the exploration of the world and their interaction with it. My favorite way to care for children is to be outdoor. I get on their level, see what they see, and share their fascination in new things. I keep children safe while supporting their exploration of the environment. I help children how to get along with others while supporting the development of their personalities. I help children and their parents, feel secure because that's everything! I have been a nanny since 2012. I have experience with multiples and nanny shares. I want to help raise resilient, compassionate, and intelligent adults. I believe that Frederick Douglass said it best when he said, "It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men." ****My availability will start November but I am looking for the perfect families now.

Professional, super friendly, and a HIT with our 4-year-old. So many giggly fits. :)

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
