:::Attention::: Full time availability July to Late-August. Would love to help you out during the summer and maintain a long term occasional/semi-regular babysitting/nanny relationship. Hello families! I am professional nanny on the hunt for wonderful families and children to work with! I have 20 years of experience as a professional nanny and family/household assistant caring for children ranging from 1 month of age to 11-years-old. I have worked with many families in their homes in the Bay Area and abroad, caring for children of all backgrounds. I view myself as a loving "big sister" who will take care of a child's basic needs with love and attention, and also do lots of playing and developmental activities such as reading, playing outdoors, drawing, singing, clean-up time...all the fun things! I value safety first, both emotional and physical, when working with children. I also value their growth and nurture a sense of adventure and confidence in their abilities to learn and grow! I am a San Francisco Native, born and (mainly) bred in The Mission as well as all four corners of The Bay Area and have 12 years of experience driving children around the City (I have been driving since I was 16-years-old and am 43 now 😌). I have a master’s in French (I lived in France for three years) and I am also a Native Spanish speaker as I am first-generation American. I would love to send you my résumé and tell you about my experience, and I will most definitely be looking forward to hearing more about your family. P.S. I only have a few reviews because I usually work with my nanny agency as generally I am a career nanny that keeps positions for two years minimum but I am more than happy to send you my references and/or meet with you so we can get a feel for each other’s vibes. P.P.S. My rates stated on here can be flexible depending on the number of children and tasks. My rates are flexible for very occasional babysitting, so please reach out even if your budget is a bit lower.

Milu was great! She jumped right in to care for our 7 week old daughter. She’s a warm and experienced caregiver and I’d love to have her back!

Hi! My name is Vanessa, I’m 27 years old and originally from Colombia 🇨🇴, where I studied Finance. I’ve been living in the U.S. for over two years and have strong experience working with children and households in different support roles. My main area of experience is childcare. I’ve worked with children since 2019, including volunteering in Peru teaching English to kids and teens (ages 5–16), working in a kindergarten with infants and toddlers (3 months to 5 years), and two years as an au pair in the U.S., caring primarily for toddlers and school-aged children (6 and 10 years old). I’m confident with routines, meals, naps, playtime, and age-appropriate activities. I’m happy to support families in different roles, depending on what you’re looking for: • Childcare / Babysitting: focused on children’s care, routines, and well-being 👩🏻‍🍼👶🏻 • Pet sitting: feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship 🐶🐱 • House sitting: caring for the home while you’re away 🏡 • Household help: light tasks related to the role (tidying up, laundry, simple meal prep, errands) 🧺✅ I love animals — I grew up on a family farm and have a cat back home in Colombia 😻— and I’m very comfortable caring for pets, especially cats and small dogs. Families describe me as reliable, organized, proactive, and easy to communicate with. I truly enjoy being helpful and supporting families in a professional and respectful way. I’d love to connect and see how I can help!

Vanessa watched our 3 y.o. and 1 y.o. while we were at a local wedding. We got lots of happy pictures of the kids at the playground and she handled the dinner and bedtime routine seamlessly. Looking forward to having her back!

Hello everyone !! I'm an experienced and reliable babysitter with more of 5 years of experience. Enjoys working with children and I have excellent communication skills. I'm a former au pair who lived in the city of Cleveland Ohio for one year and then in San Francisco California for one more year. I took care of fours kids in the first place (aged 11 mo, 5 yo, 7 yo and 9 yo) and three in the second one (aged 5yo, 7 yo and 9 yo). I drove them to school, everyday sport activities and mostly played with them in their free time. I prepared meals, helped them with their homework and taught them Spanish as a second language. I'm a native Spanish speaker but also I speak fluent English and intermediate German. In addition, I have no problem working with any pets, since I love animals.

Booked by 26 families in San Francisco, CA

Hi families! 👋 My name is Nayla. I’m 29 years old and currently looking for my next full-time nanny position. My childcare journey began in high school, where I completed internships in kindergartens. Since then, I’ve gained over 10 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. I’m currently studying Early Childhood Education, which allows me to continue learning about child development and bring new knowledge and ideas into my work every day. I’m passionate about creating a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents. I’m responsible, reliable, clean, and organized. I love spending time outdoors, going to parks, taking walks, and planning fun, age-appropriate activities. I’m also pet-friendly, fully vaccinated and boosted, and CPR & First Aid certified. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you and your family! Warm regards, Nayla

Nayla has worked full time as my 2-year old son's nanny for the past 13 months. She is caring, reliable, and a joy to be around. When she started, he was just beginning to walk, and she helped him gain in strength and confidence with his gross motor skills. She talks and sings with him, encouraging him to express himself and speak in full sentences. Her style is very caring and affectionate, but she encourages him to be independent. She has also built his social emotional skills by introducing him to other friends. Her communication style is open and direct; I can always rely on her to raise an issue or concern, without leaving things unsaid. And my son absolutely adores her! I couldn't recommend her more, and we are so sorry to see her go when he starts preschool in the fall.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
