I just moved to New York for a couple of months. During this time I would love to babysit. I have experience working as a camp counselor where I was responsible for groups of 10 children aged 3 to 5. I learned how to care for all ages and all profiles. I also have experience with babies, I have cared over the past few months for a baby (from when they were a 6 month old to now a 1 year old), caring for them during the day and completing their night time routine. Tasks I did: help with lunch, assure safety at all times, respect a tight schedule, be alert and observant of all children always, motivate children to do what they have to get done (eg. Drinking water, brushing teeth), play games and engage conversations, keep parents informed of any problems asap, … I have also done overnight babysitting for a regular family (multiple days/ nights without parents) and gotten children ready for bed & school in the morning. I am one of four siblings and have two younger brothers. Both of which I have spent a lot of time with and caring for, from diaper cleaning to helping with homework. Outside of my family, I have taken care of multiple children in New York, Paris, London and San Francisco. A non-exhaustive list of tasks I have done: walking with children from school to home, helping with homework, playing board games, waking up and getting ready for school, morning and evening hygiene tasks, putting children to bed, reading with them, outside walks to the park, planning cultural outings. In addition, I can do house cleaning tasks, prepare basic and healthy meals, and take care of cats. I am a french native and I can help with oral practice and homework. I have experience with family seniors that are physically impaired with general help and hygiene. Overall, I believe that every child is unique, special and has particular needs. I am respectful and responsible and will prioritise any tasks assigned. I have always been around young children and I love seeing them evolve.

Hello! I’m Carla but I prefer to be called by Carli. I considered myself as a reliable, caring, friendly and positive person who tries to make the best out of every situation. I’ve been taking care of newborns, infants, toddlers since I was 18 years old and I have experience on taking care of twins as well. In my free time I like to cook and bake, listening to music, go out with friends and family, reading, going hiking, etc. I really enjoy doing this activities with the kids too. The most important reason why I enjoy taking care of kids is that I love seeing how they develop and learn new things every day. Have a great day and thank you for taking time to get to know me a little bit better. I’m looking forward to hear from you. •I’m happy to work with families with pets. • I’m fully vaccinated. • Can provide references. • CPR certified Please contact me for more info.

Carli was fantastic. She was energetic, responsible, and always positive. Our two busy boys - toddler and baby - both fell in love with her right away. She created adventures for them and ensured they’re active and happy while staying safe. Both boys have food allergies, and Carli’s thoroughness made us feel safe. She made mealtimes fun and both boys ate well. Carli also patiently read book after book with our oldest until he finally wanted to nap. In short, Carli was everything you could ask for in a nanny and we hope that she’ll come work with our family again soon.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
