Hello! My name is Issalina and I am a third year student at San Diego State University. I am from the Bay Area and have been babysitting for seven years, along with pet sitting. I enjoy being around kids and helping out in any way I can to ensure they are having a great time while I’m with them! My most recent job at home was working at a community pool where I worked at the front desk and was surrounded by kids and families. I am a very nurturing, confident, and friendly person to be around. I’d love to meet you!

I’m 35 years old and originally from Brazil. I moved to the U.S. in 2014 and have been working as a nanny ever since. Before coming here, I taught basic English to children of all ages, and over the years I’ve had the privilege of caring for kids ranging from newborns to teenagers. In addition to my work as a nanny, I’m also a certified birth and postpartum doula. This experience has deepened my understanding of newborn care, family dynamics, and how to support parents during such an important and sensitive transition. I’m very comfortable with infant care, recovery support, routines, and creating a calm, nurturing environment for both baby and parents. Alongside childcare, I have a genuine passion for keeping spaces clean, organized, and well-structured. I believe a tidy and intentional home creates a more peaceful and efficient environment for everyone. Whether it’s organizing toys, maintaining play areas, or helping the household run more smoothly, I truly enjoy making spaces feel fresh and aligned. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out — I’d love to chat. My video is a bit outdated, but please feel free to call me anytime 😊 Hope to hear from you soon, Laisa

Hello all, I am a young Human Resources professional and have been working with children 10+ years. When I was a teen, I discovered that I had a tremendous passion for making kids laugh, learning how and why kids think the way they do, and simply being in a happy-spirited environment. My first babysitting job consisted of three children when I was only 15 years old. Yes, it was a handful but I learned to work around the unexpected interaction. Since then I was recommend to more than five different families, which is when I learned I could not use the same babysitting skill or routine for each family. Furthermore, as a psychology major, I have enhanced my leadership skills as a tutor in two educational programs: Coleman Leap and Next Generation Scholars. These programs have required me to help students (either ages seven to nine or eleven to sixteen) with doing homework, studying for tests, and playing recreational activities. I am a very kind, patient, and friendly babysitter; I try my best to interact with the kids and demonstrate respect. Please feel free to email, call, or text me if you would like to know more or need a sitter. I am only available for ocasional date nights and overnight weekend gigs. I am also wiling to provide references! - Kathleen

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children has been my passion for the past nine years. My experience spans all ages, from newborns to pre-teens, and I am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. I'm patient, creative, and approachable, and I believe in making a positive impact on each child's life. I enjoy playing outdoor games, educational activities, and even some technology-based games! I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules. Communication is key, so l provide regular updates via text or phone, and I'm happy to follow your preferred method. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, have my own car, and am comfortable with pets. As a bonus, I speak Spanish and Sign Language (ASL). Knowing I can support your family and provide a safe, fun, and reliable childcare option brings me immense satisfaction.

Yesica was a wonderful sitter for our two kids. She was perfectly on time and immediately started playing fun games outside. She even did a cute hairstyle on our toddler (which is very difficult to do!!) we can’t wait to have her back over soon.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
