Hello! I am a former legal assistant turned preschool teacher. I started babysitting at the age of 15 for family, family friends, and neighbors. I was a nanny for four years here in San Francisco so that gave me great experience with the newborn, baby, and toddler stages. It was a wonderful experience and I still keep in touch with the amazing family. Since then, I have nannied for two more families. What I enjoy most about spending time with kids is having the chance to see the energy and excitement children display when they are learning and honoring how they wonder. It also helps that I have a broad appreciation of a variety of subjects and it can be fun to learn things together. In my free time, I like to read, jog, and cook!

Rocio is so sweet and reliable. Our 6 month old daughter just lights up when she sees her and I feel completely at ease leaving her with Rocio. She is gentle, courteous and professional. My only hesitation in writing this is that she will become popular with other families and won't have time for us.

My name is Marta!Love kids and enjoy spending time with them.I have a lots of experience working with different ages, started as an au pair, was taking care of twins, and then worked as a preschool teacher for 10 years, ages from 1 till 5 years old. Love doing activities with kids outside, different crafts and projects, visiting museums

Before we relocated from San Francisco, Marta was our son’s nanny for over 2 years starting from when he was 6 months old. Marta looked after our son and another little boy during this time as part of a nanny share, and developed a close bond with both boys and their families. Marta is one of the kindest and most responsible people I have ever met. She has a gift with children and is a true carer and educator. She is incredibly dedicated to the children she cares for and she is always 100% focused on them. She understands children and knows how to build trust quickly. Marta was an incredible support to our family and was always there when we needed her. It has been a privilege having Marta in our lives. Knowing that such an amazing person was looking after our child was a huge blessing for us. We remain in contact with Marta since moving back home to Sydney, Australia and miss her dearly. I’m very happy to discuss any questions you might have, so please feel free to reach out to me.

Hi, I’m Lua. I’m a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with CPR training and over 6 years of experience working with families in California. For the past year, I’ve been caring for a little girl who is now 2 years old — I started when she was 11 months. Being part of her daily routine and development during this stage has been very meaningful to me. I also have long-term experience with infants, twins, and siblings, and I’m grateful to still be in touch with the families I’ve worked with. I’m responsible, calm, and attentive, and I truly care about providing a safe and nurturing environment. Available to start in late March or April.

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Luana as part of our family over the past year. She cared for our daughter from 11 months old through her 2nd birthday, and we truly cannot imagine a better caregiver. Luana is everything you hope for in a nanny. Loving, warm, patient, and deeply attentive. Our daughter adores her, and it was clear every day how genuinely she cared. She created a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment that gave us complete peace of mind. We trusted her entirely, which is the greatest gift a parent can receive. She is consistently punctual, reliable, and professional, while also bringing so much heart to her work. Beyond exceptional childcare, she went above and beyond in helping our household run smoothly, assisting with laundry, meal prep, and other chores without ever being asked. Her proactive, thoughtful nature made such a difference in our daily lives. Luana has become such an important part of our family, and we are truly sad to see her go. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her. We recommend her wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

Hello! I'm Mariana. I'm currently a babysitter of a family with 3 lovely boys (7 years, 4 years, 16 month baby). I’ve been working for this family almost 2 years and now I’m looking for a full time job from M-F beginning of October. I have a preschool degree, and I had worked as a preschool teacher in Mexico for 7 years. I moved to US in 2023. I had worked with 3 different families (Oregon & California). In Oregon I volunteered in my host kids kindergarten. I’ve also experienced baby sitting different families during night time and weekends. I'm open to take care of kids of any age! I love taking care of babies and toddlers especially. I also love doing craft projects, experiments, fun activites like cooking, hikes, going to the beach, etc. I can prepare basic meals, snacks, or dinner. Kids’ laundry. Help with baths, morning routines and keep the house clean and tidy. I speak spanish so I'd enjoy to encourage your children to learn some of it! I'm a pet lover as well, dogs & cats are the sweetest and I'd enjoy taking care of them too! Thanks for reading my profile and open to chat if you are interested ☺️

Mariana was great! Arrived early, and even put dishes in the dishwasher after the baby went to bed.

I’m a recent graduate with a B.A. in Sociology from UCLA. I have experience with children ages ranging from 4 months to 13 years old. I absolutely adore kids and have worked with them all my life. I’m also a huge animal person. I grew up in Marin, where I went to Tam High, and just moved back to live in SF! My experience includes being a teacher at Stapleton Ballet Fantasy Summer Camp while I danced at the company before college, and during college, I worked at the UCLA Lab School as a teaching assistant for grades Pre-K thru 5th. So, I am definitely available to help with homework! I have babysat since I was 12 years old, and truly love doing it. I recently started a job as a teacher at the Town School for Boys within the Extended Day Program. I hope to pursue obtaining my credentials and continue my career in education.

Kayla is always such a gem. She's always great with our kids (6yo and 4yo).

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
