Experienced, Caring & Reliable Childcare Professional Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m a San Diego-based childcare professional with 15+ years of experience working with children of all ages and backgrounds. I’m passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable being themselves while learning, growing, and having fun. With a medical and trauma-informed background, I’m equipped to support a variety of needs and personalities with patience, compassion, and confidence. I can provide more than just supervision; I love helping with homework and academics, creative activities, outdoor play, mindfulness, and age-appropriate yoga and movement. I’m also CPR & First Aid certified, have a clean and safe driving record, and hold two degrees. Families can count on me to be responsible, communicative, attentive, and dependable. Whether you need occasional date-night care, regular childcare, school transportation, homework help, or an extra set of hands during a busy week, I’m happy to help! I also offer dog-care services, so I can help care for your four-legged family members, too. 🐾 I’d love the opportunity to get to know your family and provide the kind of care that gives parents peace of mind while their children are in my care.

Hello families! I'm a friendly, energetic Nanny who loves staying active—whether it's taking kids to the park, going on walks, or enjoying quiet time indoors with books and building blocks. My goal is to provide high-quality childcare for busy parents and offer peace of mind knowing your little ones are safe, happy, and well cared for. I've been working with children since I was thirteen, starting as a camp counselor at summer and sports camps, and volunteering with outreach programs. I have five years of experience as a professional nanny. For the past two years, I’ve also worked as an EMT while pursuing a career in nursing. I have experience caring for children of all ages, including infants as young as six weeks old. Also I love cats and dogs! :) Thank you for taking the time to read my profile—I look forward to connecting with you and your family!

Hello I’m a mother of 4 grown men. I raised my boys by myself but thrived for them to be strong, independent, hardworking, kind Christian men and those are strong morals that I have. For some reason I’m a magnet to kids lol which is amazing to me cause I love kids so I’ve acquired many many nieces and nephews. I go by Angel so I’m always “Auntie Angel” which I love. I love the outdoors, craft, art, music, animals, reading, movies, cooking, and anything adventurous so with that being said your child will definitely have an adventure with me everyday! Plus I’m strong believer in learning but I like the more creative ways to learn to make it fun and so you remember what you learn! I do have degree in computer programming (so I am smart :)), CNA (so I’ve taken care of elders with all their needs, which makes me very patient and compassionate), been server/GM at restaurant (so I’m responsible, clean, multi tasked, patient, prompt, loyal, trustworthy), and many other jobs. Also have CPR and first aid. Since I’m single and have no kids I’m free morning thru night. Call me anytime you want some adult time or need to run errands! I’m available and look forward to meeting your family!

Wonderful!!

I have nannied for over 7 years. I graduated from SDSU with a degree in liberal studies- for elementary education. Although I have not transitioned to a classroom I find nannying and caring to be an amazing way to fill my life and work! I have loved many families and lots of different configurations over my time! I’ve worked with multiple toddlers, special needs children, been hands on with elementary schoolers and I’ve grown very comfortable in so many settings. With having such a diverse group of people to nanny for I’ve found myself cooking, cleaning, organizing and even more, I’m happy to help in so many ways!I love to bring a gentle, patient and supportive environment for any kiddo while still providing structure and routine with clear communication. CPR/First aid certified, up to date and also trust line registered

Ace was awesome! Always on time and my little brother loved them! 10/10 recommend

Hello! Thank you for taking some time to read my profile. My name is Jenessa and I love working with children and people of all ages I am an older sister of two twin brothers and cat mom. A little bit more about me - I am currently work at an elementary school in a T-K class. I have obtained my Bachelors in Early Childhood and Early intervention and music. I am BLS & CPR, CNA as well as RBT certified. A previous role I held was 2 years at HealthPro Pediatrics using behavioral therapy with children with various disorders including autism. In addition, I have loved being a Professional nanny since 2016. This has included working with multiple children newborn-14 with various needs and diagnoses, driving/pickups, bed time routines, meal prep, and other house managing jobs - including your furry friends! A reoccurring family I babysit for has a 8mth, 3, and 5 yr boys. One of my most rewarding positions was at a teen parent program for first time high school moms and their newborns. I have worked long term with quite a few families, have been a preschool teacher, have had many babysitting jobs, been a leader for preschoolers in camps, and have volunteered with special needs kids-adults (briefly with a special needs inclusive theater) to name a few! I am patient, hard-working, flexible, outgoing, trustworthy, and have great references. My hobbies are music, piano, going to the beach, and yoga! In my free time I really enjoy volunteering weekly at the Ronald McDonald House. I love bringing art projects and science projects for the kids I nanny for and I have a lot of different supplies, curriculum - I have picked up over the past few years. I have a clean driving record and I am comfortable picking up from school/taking your children to places like museums or the zoo. Most importantly I care about your child/rens safety, well-being, and happiness. I have loved helping children reach their developmental milestones and being a support system for kiddos who have needed it. The children and families I have worked for long term have become family to me! And I hope to become a new friend to you. My rates vary based on location, number of children, and job duties If this interests you at all feel free to send over a message! I am looking forward to learning more about your specific needs and working with you and your wonderful family, Jenessa raeofsunshinemusicco.com

Jenessa, Ms. Jen, was an amazing caregiver to our kids. She arrived on time and had many activities planned with our children. Ms Jen asked questions to ensure she had the right knowledge and understanding of what and how our children would be cared for. She was very knowledgeable in how to communicate to our kids and provided engaging conversation. We had a wonderful experience with Ms Jen and would definitely look forward to her caregiving services in the future.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
