Hiiiii! My name is Francisca. I love kids and babysitting, I tend to have a lot of patience with kids and my love kids and taking care of them is something that I find natural and easy to do I’ve been babysitting since I was 10 years old. I took care of my younger siblings when my parents went to work and basically I was their mom because my parents were very busy. My responsibilities, I can bath kids, help with assignments and even dance lessons. I also work as a household assistant and can cook, clean, and run errands. I have been a caretaker for my own dad. I can cook, I have a car and a valid driver’s license. I have a cat and I’ll be happy to work with families with dogs and cats.

Genuinely a kind person at heart. Love the kids and came with her own toys to entertain the kids. Spent quality time with the kids by drawing, coloring, painting and resorting to screen time last. I recommend her to any family!

Hi -My name is Gladys. I’ve been working with kids since I was 15 and I have enjoyed getting to know each different kid. I started by watching my little brothers and sister and quickly learned that I had a talent for connecting with kids. I began watching kids around my neighborhood and even achieved a CPR certificate.

Gladys has been our full time nanny since January. She has cared for our three children (11, 9, and 5) wonderfully. She has navigated crazy morning routines, a child with high anxiety, and lots of afterschool activities. She is patient with our children, keeps them on schedule and has been very engaging during the day with our youngest. She has a wonderful network of nannies in our area and set up play dates with other children and our son. She is very friendly, on time, and flexible. She has brought her daughter with and that has not impacted her ability to care for our children - in fact they absolutely adore her! We are sad to see Gladys go, but our kids will all be in full time school starting in the fall.

Aloha :)! I am Noemi 😊 I’m 37 years young and have over 12 plus years of experience caring for children of all ages. I’ve had the pleasure of working with amazing families and in a daycare setting, where I cared for infants, taught toddlers their ABCs and 123s, and helped older kids with homework in after-school programs. Working with children has truly been such a fun and rewarding part of my life. My goal as a nanny/babysitter is to create a safe, loving, and happy environment where kids can grow, learn, and be themselves. I love getting outdoors, staying active, and planning fun days—whether that’s going to the park, visiting the library, setting up playdates, or joining local activities. I also enjoy arts and crafts and finding creative ways to make learning fun. I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your children. I’m a caring, dependable, and patient person who always puts children’s safety and well-being first. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—I’d love to connect! I am fortunate to have amazing references that would love to speak to you. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my profile. I hope to be a great fit for your family 💛

A big Noemi fan!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
