I have 5 years experience at a summer day camp back in my home town of Minneapolis, teaching classes from art to gymnastics for children ages 3-11. In addition, I worked with a program called JumpStart at DePaul University, where me and 4 other college students were placed in a preschool classroom on the west side of Chicago to provide teaching assistant support. During JumpStart I learned a lot of early childhood education skills and techniques, and could assist with homework or literacy skills for your children when I care for them.
