This had included for me to work from 9 to 5, and even staying overtime if my advisors needed the extra help. I was consistently, and not only traveling with the children around the building, but outdoors as well. I made sure that they were safe, playing respectfully, doing their planned activities and getting their lunch. Despite the basics, I focused on child development when working with the children, making sure to be understanding of their emotions as that was very important to me.
