My name is Kasia. I speak Polish, English, some Italian, and a little Spanish. I studied ancient history/ Archeology, so I'm interested in history, especially the history of Ancient Rome, and art. I enjoy visiting the Metropolitan Museum, reading, and traveling. I've worked as a nanny in New York City for 20 years, caring for babies (including twins), toddlers, and preschoolers. I'm patient and calm, I love children, and I still maintain contact with them. I'm happy to help with travel and even babysit when parents are away. I'm also flexible and can work weekends, evenings, and nights if needed. I can also prepare children's meals, do light cleaning, iron, and care for pets.

Kasia took wonderful care of my children from 2021 through 2024. She worked for us in New York, then lived with us for 8 months in Florida and traveled with us to Europe, Vermont and Nantucket. She is flexible, patient, loving, fun and really cares about my children. She never forgets a birthday with presents, keeps them safe and well fed. In addition to caring for the children, Kasia cooks and manages laundry. You will be lucky to have her care for your children!!

Hi! My name is Liz, and I offer childcare, pet care, and household services. I’m 24 years old and originally from Virginia! I’ve been house sitting and pet sitting since I was 12 years old and have consistently been trusted with extended stays ranging from 1 to 6 weeks while families were away. "We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
