I am a 37 year old Brooklyn native, who obtained my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have an Associates Degree from Kingsborough Community College also in Early Childhood Education. I’ve taught 3rd grade and worked with children in daycare as well as preschool settings. I am the eldest of five children. My sibling's age range from 15, 19, 20, 26. I have experience with special needs children for my sister, age 19, has mild cerebral palsy. My family owns a daycare which is where I have gained most of my experience. My experience with after school aged children involved providing help with homework and snack preparation. My speciality is working with children who have lots of energy. I enjoy being involved in activities such as: story time, arts and crafts, cooking activities, and play time which fosters one on one communication and developmental growth.
