My name is Liz, I’m 33 years old, and originally from Brazil. I’ve been working with children for over ten years in a variety of roles that include nannying, family assistance, and cook support. I’m passionate about creating structure while also keeping things fun, organized, and nurturing for the children and families I work with. Previously, I was a family assistant/nanny/cook for a family with two school-aged girls. My mornings started early, getting the girls ready for school by prepping lunch boxes, encouraging them to make their beds and tidy their rooms, hairstyles, and handling school drop-offs. I was also responsible for the weekly grocery shopping and collaborate with the mom on meal planning to ensure the family’s routine and nutrition needs were met. I handled all the cooking and meal prep and also took on various home projects such as organizing rooms, closets, and redesigning garage storage systems.
