Sydnee $20 per hour for 1 child

Hi! I’m Sydnee, a mom of two with 5 years of professional childcare experience, including caring for infants and toddlers from 6 weeks to 3 years. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, loving, dependable, patient, and passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can learn and grow. I recently welcomed my baby girl and am hoping to find a wonderful family who would be comfortable with me bringing her along while I care for their child. I also have a 4-year-old who attends school, so I would need to drop him off around 7:45 AM and pick him up by 2:45 PM. I’m hoping to find a family who is flexible with those times and would love to build a trusting, long-term relationship with a family! ❤️

A little bit about me is im born and raised in Nashville. Im babysit/nanny in Nashville and in Houston. Im great with overnight care/bedtime routine. Im good with older and younger children. I love watching different personalities develop,I really enjoy teaching new concepts, and that lightbulb moment when they learn something new,I love building relationships with the parents as well I love bonding with every child I work with and love engaging with every child I work with.I teached at a Christian school.I'm with kids everyday I love my job and I love putting smiles on kids faces. I love kids. I'm 25 years old I don't have any siblings so growing up I've always wanted to take care and babysit kids professionally. Growing up I would take care of my aunts kids or an family member kids when they wanted to go on vacations or out on dates or had to work because I was the oldest. I'm a positive energetic person even when I'm having a bad day I still stay positive. My favorite part about taking care of a child would be the ability to be in their lives while their growing up. I also love how their so into music so growing up since I've been playing piano since I was 7 I try to keep kids entertained with music. And allow them to play on my piano just to have fun an have an experience.I volunteer at multiple churches babysitting kids during Bible study while their parents are in church. I love Reading books because they love.it. I love reading since I was in school. Since I was a little girl. I'm the only child so I decided to get into this occupation. I love babysitting because I get to stay in touch with who I was when I was younger. Having fun and just being a kid again. Children are so delightful and they teach you something new everyday. also becoming a role model to someone that is still growing up. Because kids pay attention to everything and the people around them. Just having an impact on them.I'm very reliable. Because hiring a nanny you would want the sitter to respect the job and your time by showing up on time.I love giving out attention and love. Kids are affectionate, they’re honest, and funny and to have that experience as a job I love it. Worked with families who teach their child Montessori and I'm great with educational learning. I love being outside as well with the kids. I have a passion working in childcare

Keandria was excellent- both our kids were immediately comfortable with her. Our 3 year old loved looking at all the toys and books she brought! Kind, communicative, and reliable. Would love to have Keandria back again.

Malia 2 reviews
$22 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 2 families in Charlotte, TN

Hello! I am a new-graduate physician assistant looking for a fun position as a nanny before I start working full time as a PA. I have been babysitting and working with children in different settings, both paid and unpaid, since I was in middle school. Most recently, I nannied for several families on a part-time basis from 2[removed]. I absolutely love working with children and getting to encourage the development of their growing minds! I think my personal emphasis on kindness and hard work are excellent traits for children to look up to and eventually implement into their own lives. This will make them adults who greatly impact society in the future, and I think that is one of the most rewarding aspects of childcare! With my education and prior experience as an EMT, I am extremely comfortable with caring for people with medical conditions and am extensively trained in basic and advanced life support for both children and adults. Therefore, I would be a reliable individual in any emergency situation. Also, I have had some brief experiences with pet sitting and have grown up taking care of dogs of my own. Currently, I have a 1 year old lab-pit bull mix who loves walks and snuggles!

I am an owner of a Preschool that has been in business for 17 years. Malia worked for me as a teacher and I can vouch that she is amazing with children! She is patient, kind and has tons of energy! She has fun with kids and is also very attentive to their needs. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for reliable and quality child care. You and your kiddos will love her!

Catalena $18 per hour for 1 child

Hello, my name is Catalena, and I am a 23-year-old college student. I am currently in my junior year studying early childhood education at Austin Peay State University. I grew up in a large family, surrounded by numerous children. Multitasking and monitoring the children was a common practice in my family. From the ages of 14 to 18, I often spent nights watching over my nieces and nephews. At eighteen, I began working as a weekend au pair for a family of three, which included one nine-year-old and two children with developmental differences. My responsibilities included caring for the children, cooking, and performing light housekeeping duties. I held this position for five months before moving. Subsequently, my sister and brother-in-law had five children, and I moved into their house. This arrangement allows me to attend college in this area. One child requires special attention due to significant needs. Having lived with them for 4 years, I am continually involved in childcare, which comes naturally to me.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
