Amelia 1 review
$30 per hour for 1 child

I have been caring for children for most of my life. I have experience with infants, toddlers, middle and high school aged children. Professionally caring for children and adults for 10+ years. I was a Home Care Aide for elderly and adults with disabilities. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Family & Consumer Sciences Education that focused on Child Development and Parenting Strategies. I am currently a full time high school teacher, seeking part-time evening and weekend employment. I am comfortable working with all types of people and families. Great housekeeper, tutor, childcare professional, etc.

Amelia nurtured a strong relationship with our 2.5 and 4.5 year old (high energy) boys with laughter, educational activities and compassion. She quickly formed a bond with the boys, and hearing the chorus of laughter and thumping little feet running around our living room as we WFH'd gave us complete confidence in Amelia. She's a self-starter who instantly plugged into our little band of goofballs. If you've the opportunity I highly recommend Amelia as a childcare pro with a big heart and big ideas to keep kiddoes engaged and smiling.

Haille $20 per hour for 1 child

Hi im Haille, I’m looking for a family to be a full time nanny for. I grew up in a big family, and being the oldest I had a lot responsibilities. I have a reliable safe car, I can run errands, do house cleaning, cook/meal prep, I’m a full time cook at a restaurant right now so cooking is no issue. Dropping off and picking up from activities is no big deal. I’ve been a freelancer babysitter for about 10 years now. I’ve babysat 6months-12 years. I’m caring, trustworthy, patient, reliable. And I’m here to take stress out of any family’s life by being a helping hand.

Hermela $21 per hour for 1 child

My career life for the past 6 years has been different avenues of childcare. The avenues I followed were, Daycare worker, before and after school care. Many different roads, but they all have a common interest CHILDREN. I wanted to nurture and teach young children. At the age of eighteen, I liked the idea of playing all day and getting paid for it. I have been working in early childhood education for the past five years, primarily with children aged 3 month to 7 years. During this time, I have gained valuable experience in creating engaging and educational activities for children. believe my patience, creativity, and strong understanding of child development make me a good nanny. I'm also adaptable and can effectively communicate with both children and parents.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
