Hi- My name is Lana and I offer babysitting and household/yard services: cooking/cleaning, weeding etc. I have 3 nieces (twins-age 2, and 4 yr old) who I babysit regularly and they are the joy of my life. We love going to the park together, read books, color, play “kitchen”, ride scooters/bikes and so much more. I like to stay busy and in my free time I enjoy running, hiking/backpacking, and training martial arts.

I always cook for the kiddos and tidy up the place all while keeping the kids entertained. I always try to take them outside on walks or to a park and keep them off a screen. My experience: ~Being a nanny for multiple families, including kids with special needs. I have worked for multiple nanny and babysitting companies ~I have worked as a Behavior Technician as well as a Special Needs Paraeducator for various school districts. Both one-on-one and in group settings with kids with a variety of behavioral issues and developmental disabilities, mostly on the autism spectrum. ~Academically I have experience being a tutor and am very familiar with K-12 curriculum in the area, mostly at the elementary level. ~When I was a Teacher Counselor at a residential treatment facility I helped with leading, mentoring, modeling, facilitating groups and upbuilding youth socioemotionally.  ~I have 3 kids so I'm very familiar with how difficult it is to raise kids these days. It is definitely the hardest job being a parent but its the most rewarding also!

I did have two dogs but one just passed away from bone cancer, but I still have my one baby Dexter Miniature Cocker Spaniel. Hello! My name is Guwo and I am from Portland, Oregon. I was born and raised here and moved to Eugene for undergrad where I lived there for four years. I received my bachelor's degree in Sociology and decided to move back to Portland to study for my LSATs for law school. I love being with kids. I think they teach you a lot even when you do not realize it. I am a very patient person who is quick to make the best decisions for what I think is the right choice. I am very organizational and know these qualities are important with jobs like this. Since I was 16 years old I've worked and volunteered with kids. I worked at my local church with kids from the ages of infants to 11 years old. I have also babysat families of kids from between ages 4 to 12 years of age.
