Hello, I currently work as paraprofessional at highline elementary school working towards a masters in elementary education. I have been a live in or nanny twice in my career. I have 14 years plus of experience . I love working with kiddos and doing all the things kids love to do. My main background is in photography as I own my own business and trying to get that full time. I specialize in mainly elementary school age kiddos working with them in getting them to where they need to be in school and other areas in life.

Lacey and I worked together in my kindergarten classroom, where she served as a one-on-one paraprofessional. She is incredibly kind, patient, and passionate about supporting students, always putting their needs first. Lacey has strong communication skills and builds meaningful connections with both students and staff/families. Outside of the classroom, she continues to share her love for working with children through babysitting and nannying, where she brings creativity, energy, and fun to every experience.

$20 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 3 families in Oregon, WI

Hi families! I consider myself as a responsible, easy going and active person, I am that kind of nanny who run with the kids, play and enjoy the time with the them, I can take them to the park, do some crafts, sing, dance, read books, my experience have been since my niece was born and then when I came here to USA taking care of 3 kids with 5 yo, 2.5 yo and 8 months, and other family with two kids with 5 months and 2.5 yo. I am fully vaccinated and I have my cpr certificate. Also, I am a pet sitter/ house sitter, happy to help you.

Nicole was very friendly with the kids and they had a lot of fun together. Our only issue was that we were staying in a hotel and she left the room and went to the lobby to get food briefly without telling the kids, which worried them.

I have extensive experience caring for children of all ages, from infants through teens. My background includes 17 years as a highly sought-after full-time nanny & household manager. I hold a Master of Education in Family Education and a Bachelor of Science in Family Social Sciences. I am offering weekday evening and weekend day/evening childcare. For the past 10 years my professional work has included educating and training parent coaches, caregivers, and other educational, therapeutic, and social-service professionals in child and adolescent development, positive discipline approaches, and strategies that support healthy neurodevelopment, emotional and physical well-being. I have experience caring for children with diverse needs and work closely with parents to understand and support their child. I’m intentional about communication and collaboration so care is consistent and proactive. Parents often describe me as warm, fun, creative, intuitive, and deeply attentive. Children tend to feel comfortable with me quickly because I’m genuinely interested in who they are — their personalities, interests, senses of humor, sensitivities, and strengths. I don’t just supervise - Whether we’re being playful and silly, creating something together, or winding down for the night, I’m fully present and engaged. Over the years, I’ve supported children through a wide range of everyday learning and growth — from early milestones like walking, reading, dressing, and toileting, to school support, creative projects, developing independence, and building skills. I’m comfortable supporting homework, activities, transportation, appointments, child-related errands and the many moving parts of family life, being mindful of opportunities to help the children grow in confidence and capability, using relationship connection as our anchor. I bring a youthful energy to my work and am just as happy on the floor playing, laughing, or following a child’s lead as I am providing calm structure, guidance, and reassurance. While I have my own caregiving style, I deeply respect each household’s routines, priorities, and preferences, and strive to provide continuity of care. I've dedicated my academic, professional, and personal life to supporting parents and helping children thrive. I want parents to know that when their children are with me, they are safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. I’m happy to care for pets while providing childcare.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
