*I am fully vaccinated and boosted.* - I do not mind working at late hours into the night and for you to extend your hours if needed. - I have been with UrbanSitter for 9 years and have babysat for children ranging from infant to 10 years old. I used to also volunteer at a child care, consecutively for 4 years, over the summer where I looked after 5-7 children at a time and helped with play and reading time, arts & crafts, snack and lunchtime, and naptime; these children's ages ranged from 6 months to 4 years. - I enjoy caring for children and engaging with them through reading, baking and going on outings such as the park or beach. I also do not mind having animals in the home while I am babysitting. POLICIES: -RATES: I negotiate my rates based on the expectations and requirements of the job. My rate stays the same whether or not the child(ren) is/are sleeping or awake. -MINIMUM: I have a three-hour minimum for bookings. This can be flexible for certain situations. -EARLY RETURNS: I plan and budget around the number of hours booked so I do request to be paid the full amount even if you may arrive early. -LATE RETURNS: I always try and be flexible with parents on timing, especially with date night bookings. If you need any extra time please let me know beforehand.

I have extensive experience caring for children of all ages, and I specialize in applied behavioral analysis. Currently, I work in a school setting, supporting autistic children and children with disabilities in their development. I create a fun, engaging, and safe environment that fosters both learning and growth. My approach emphasizes structure and developmentally enriching activities, using play-based techniques to make learning enjoyable. For instance, I might turn toys into counting tools or transform everyday moments into skill-building opportunities. I am a compassionate, patient, and dedicated caregiver who genuinely loves working with children. Since the age of 15, I have cared for children, including those with autism, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and empowered. My goal is to provide a nurturing and educational space where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and cognitively in the classroom and at home, ultimately building productive individuals who contribute positively to society.

Ariana was awesome! She planned a fun day with my two daughters 5 and 2, was communcative, on time, and very sweet and reliable! Highly recommend!

AVAILABLE FOR BACKUP CARE TRUSTLINE REGISTERED Not too long ago it was a tradition for an extended family member to step in as a caregiver for working parents. Now, there are many families who have moved to a new city for a career without a family member nearby. I specialize in taking loving care of children in my role as caregiver. I strive to prepare healthy kid-friendly meals and snacks for children. And I make use of other sites to find activities for little learners. I can keep your child engaged with reading books aloud and other fun and educational activities. I am very resourceful and patient with a sense of humor! For the past couple of years, I have worked as a nanny in share, and with one child alone. Those parents are very willing to be a reference for me. And I had a very successful run in Washington DC with many families from the region. Maybe I have cared for your family or friends in DC; I have more than 400 bookings there. I really look forward to working with your family!

Hi, I’m Kaylee! I would love to be your fun and nurturing babysitter. Some of my favorite things are cats, dancing, acting, baking, and reading. My first professional experience in childcare was as a daycare caregiver for three years, helping create a safe environment for babies to school aged children. From there I transitioned to private nannying for two wonderful children. We spent our days adventuring outside, making arts and crafts, having dance parties, and playing make believe. I had the privilege of many Los Angeles families entrusting me to care for their little ones. I am now offering my services as an occasional and part time babysitter for date nights, school pickups, backup care, or just when you’re needing a little break! 🔤 Native English speaker ⛑️ First aid and CPR certificatied (baby, child, and adult) 🚙 Valid drivers license and safe vehicle ✅ Clean background check through Urbansitter ✍️ Five star reviews on Urbansitter ☺️ Patience and empathy - practicing gentle parenting 🍼 Eight years of childcare experience ages newborn to high school 🖍️ Activity and craft planning 📚 Homework help 🛝 Active play and exercise 🍽️ Meal and snack preparation 🐈‍⬛ Pet friendly 💉 Fully vaccinated 🤟 Novice ASL - I know basic signs and practice new ones everyday! I am looking forward to working with your family! Please reach out with any questions and requests!

Kaylee was wonderful - professional and kind and our son loved her. Highly recommend!

Warm, attentive, experienced nanny devoted to your little ones. Hello parents! My name is Beata. I’m an Indonesian-born US citizen with more than 13 years of experience caring for children. I’m especially fond of the littlest ones. Most of my care experience begins with babies around 8-14 months and I accompany them through toddlerhood, usually until they start preschool. I first started nannying in Boston in the mid-1980s, while studying music and photography in college. After spending two decades working as a photographer, in 2017 I returned to caregiving full time because this is what I love to do. I am genuinely interested in how young children grow, and over the years I've built a hands-on understanding of early development. I'm a curious person who loves learning. I bring this same engaged, attentive interest to your child's care. I love to be really present when I’m with a child. I watch them closely, following their lead, and noticing the small signals that tell me what they need before they have the words for it. I believe in helping children learn that feelings are safe to have. I meet them calmly and warmly. I’m physically fit and active, and I love moving with little ones. Outside of work I love to read, study languages & cultures, and take photographs. I’m bilingual in English-Indonesian, with basic understanding of Spanish and French. I have never owned any pet but have been very comfortable working in households with dogs. I hope to hear from you!
