However, I do value time outdoors, limited screen time, and self-directed play. In addition to childcare, I also have extensive experience caring for pets, including cats and dogs, and can hold other tasks such as household chores, errands, transportation, meal prep, homework help, and organization as needed. Families I have worked with often describe me as patient, dependable, communicative, and highly intuitive with children. I genuinely enjoy building meaningful long-term relationships with both kids and parents, and creating environments where children feel safe, respected, and free to be themselves!

Hi! My name is Mikaylah, I am currently a college student majoring in liberal studies striving to be an elementary teacher one day. I have about 4 years experience working with school aged children. I taught swim lessons to young kids ages 2-16. I have 2 years worth of instructional aide experience at a few different elementary schools. I also have lots of babysitting experience working with children ages 1-10. I love working with kids because they bring so much joy to the environment, I am more than happy to watch your kids on a date night for parents or just any occasion you have planned/need to get out of the house!
