Hi! My name is Jossalynn, and I have extensive experience caring for children and pets. I have worked with kids ages 6–14 for the past six summers through various summer camps and youth programs. I have also babysat my cousin, who is now 5 years old, for the past two years. I’m responsible, patient, energetic, and genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and creating a fun, comfortable environment for them. Child Care Experience I have worked at multiple summer camps and have coached youth baseball camps through the Cincinnati Reds for several summers. These experiences have given me lots of experience supervising groups of children, keeping them active and engaged, and making sure they are safe while having fun. I also have experience driving children around my hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio, for families who trust me with their kids. I’m comfortable with transportation, keeping children entertained, helping with daily activities, and following parents’ routines and instructions. Some of my favorite activities to do with kids include playing sports, spending time outside, going to parks, playing games, doing crafts, and simply keeping them active and entertained. I’m also happy to help with homework, meals, and other age-appropriate activities. I am also CPR and first aid certified. Pet Care I have grown up around animals and currently help care for 5 cats and 1 dog at home. Because of this, I’m very comfortable with the responsibility that comes with caring for pets, including feeding, playing, giving them attention, and making sure they are safe and comfortable. I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats and am happy to help with walks, feeding, playtime, and general pet care. Household Services I’m also happy to help with light household tasks such as tidying up, organizing, preparing simple meals, running errands, and helping keep things organized while caring for children or pets.

For over thirty years I was employed as a firefighter/paramedic. With that comes decades of compassionate care. I’m friendly, helpful, and serve as a guest services volunteer at my church. Although new to the field of companion care, I cared for my father and mother-in-law during their later years and end of life stages.
