Hi, my name is Crystal and I am looking to provide child, senior care, or pet care. I have a Bachelor’s in Sociology: Human Services and have experience working with children, seniors, and pets for over 10 years. I love caring for young children and for the last 2 years have been the primary sitter for a toddler, currently 20 months old. I also have experience with crisis intervention and mental health wellbeing of children and adults. I have worked with youth’s in crisis and seniors in a nursing home setting. In the past, I have also been a certified foster parent with OKDHS and was able to foster 2 children, between the ages 10-15. For over 5 years, I also worked at an animal hospital and I am able to provide services like dog sitting, walking, administering medication, and more. I have worked with puppies and senior dogs. I am able to assist with basic dog training commands and assist with chronic medical conditions in dogs. Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats and am only able to provide very short term care for cats. I am reliable and always flexible to adjust any needs as necessary. Hello! My Name is Syd, and I look forward to taking care of your loved one! I am currently a student at OCCC studying biology, but I will soon be transferring to OU. My experience in childcare includes babysitting, coaching soccer for ages 2-5, substitute teaching for elementary middle school, and helping with summer camps like VBS. I hold myself to a high standard of responsibility but love making sure that the little ones are having a blast with crafts, games, and lots of exercise! (Dance parties are a personal favorite.)
