My time as a summer camp counselor has taught me a lot about kids of various ages, and how to manage all sorts of situations. What I love about working with kids is getting to see how they understand the world! It has always been really important to me to understand multiple perspectives, and I think the viewpoint children have is super important. I am also very interested in keeping kids entertained without screens! I love reading, board games, and playing outside, especially if we can work some learning opportunities into that play.
