I have been babysitting for well over 10 years, beginning in high school. I have experience with all ages, but the most experience with infant-2 years. I was a teacher in a learning center in the infant room for 2.5 years, have been a nanny for more than 6 families, all but one with an infant at start. I also have helped with my niece and nephews since they were newborns. I am adaptable, a quick learner, and able to multitask effortlessly. I believe that caregivers are a huge part of young children’s lives and can aid or deter development depending on the care given. I believe in teaching emotional regulation, working through big feelings together, and teaching positive morals and values to help young children grow, learn, and become the best versions of themselves.

Hi my name is Kaitlyn I'm 31 years old and I work as an LPN downtown. I started babysitting when I was in 7th grade and that was the only job I had throughout high school. I babysat 2 little boys every Wednesday and sometimes I would come over on the weekends if I was needed. I have 2 baby nephews that I watch so I am still around children a lot helping out with whatever my sister needs help with. I also spent a lot of time with my grandmother when I was growing up so I would help her a lot and then eventually when I went to college I got my CNA license and throughout college the only places I worked were assisted living places and also in the memory care area.
