About this babysitting job

Hi! I’m expecting my baby girl in September and looking for a caregiver to support us short and long term. For the first 2–3 months, help will be occasional as I’ll have family support. After that, I’ll need consistent care when I return to work (baby will be 3–4 months old). Looking for someone loving, patient, reliable, and flexible with scheduling (some early mornings and occasional late days up to ~10 PM). Duties include feeding, diaper changes, naps, and light baby-related tasks like washing her clothes. We are a bilingual household and prefer a Spanish-speaking caregiver. Experience with infants is preferred.
