About this babysitting job
Hi caregivers! I am getting married on Nov 7th at the Palace Theater in Northbeach/Chinatown. I am looking for someone to serve as my mother's aid for the night and provide her with a sense of ease in a fast moving environment. My mom has a brain injury that has resulted in a physical disability. She is very coherent and present, but she has difficulty with her balance, hearing, and vision. She's sharp, just moving at a slower pace, and she will have a walker. I'm hoping to find a caregiver that can help her with whatever she may need throughout the night-- i.e grabbing her a drink, more food, helping her walk to the bathroom, etc. Yes, she will be surrounded by family, but I want her to have a set go to person by her side consistently, so she isn't having to find my siblings or cousins. There will be a meal included.
