Wedding Day Caregivers Needed (2) Location: Historic Venue 1902, Sanford, FL Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and warm childcare provider to supervise a small group of children during a wedding reception. A dedicated kids’ room will be set up at the venue with activities, toys, and dinner provided. Children in Care (6 total): • Ages: 12 (Down syndrome), 9, 6, 4, 2, 2 • Mix of ages and needs; patience, attentiveness, and comfort with special needs care are essential. Responsibilities: • Provide attentive, safe, and engaging supervision throughout the event • Support transitions (dinner, bathroom breaks, calming moments, etc.) • Facilitate age‑appropriate activities and maintain a positive environment • Communicate with parents as needed • Ensure children remain in the designated kids’ room unless escorted by a parent Requirements: • Prior childcare experience (event childcare preferred) • Experience working with children with special needs is strongly valued • CPR/First Aid certification preferred • Professional, calm, and friendly demeanor • Ability to manage multiple children across different ages • Must be punctual and dependable Compensation & Perks: • Competitive hourly rate based on experience • Dinner provided • Supportive environment with clear expectations and structure
