āØ PAID CHRISTMAS CHILDCARE OPPORTUNITY ā EAST LANSING āØš Looking for 2 fun, reliable, and responsible babysitters to help with a small Christmas gathering on Saturday, December 19th in East Lansing! My husband and I are hosting a Christmas celebration for a group of friends, and because most of us have young children, we thought it would be so much easier (and more fun!) to have childcare available while the parents enjoy some much-needed adult time. ā¤ļø š§š½š¦š½ Approximately 6ā10 children š Ages will range from toddlers to elementary school ā° Approximately 3ā4 hours in the evening š Private clubhouse in East Lansing š° Paid position ā $25ā$30/hour per sitter šÆāāļø Two sitters will be hired, so you won't be responsible for all of the children by yourself! The kids will have their own designated space where they can play, watch a Christmas movie, do a few holiday activities, have snacks, etc. The parents will be in the same building throughout the entire event, so this is a little different from a typical babysitting job where you're completely on your own. š MSU students are welcome to apply! Education, Early Childhood, Child Development, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or related experience is a plus, but most importantly we're looking for someone who is responsible, patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoys being around kids. CPR/First Aid certification and previous childcare experience are preferred.
