SLIGHT UPDATE TO POST: Hi there! My family of four recently moved to Denver, and I am looking for a reliable, friendly babysitter tomorrow to watch my two kids while I tackle unpacking and setting up my new home. My husband is currently traveling for work, so I am on my own getting things organized. Since I am brand new to the area and looking to build a network of sitters, this single-day opportunity could easily lead to regular occasional sitting down the road. I am ideally looking for help from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, but I can be flexible on the start time if that helps with traffic—just please let me know your preferred timing before booking. Your full rate will be honored for the entire time, even though you will only have both kids from 12:45pm and on. You will start the morning solo with just my 3-year-old son, Jack, for about the first 3 hours. Jack is energetic, sweet, and currently in diapers. Around noon, I will step out briefly to pick up my daughter, Rowan, from school, and you will have both kids for the remainder of the afternoon. Responsibilities include keeping the kids engaged, handling diaper changes for Jack, supervising outdoor play in my backyard, and preparing simple, quick meals like basic pasta. Both kids love arts and crafts and playing outside.
