About this babysitting job
My grandma will be at home also helping take care of Yair (2-year old boy). My grandma has back pain, so that is why I want to hire someone to be at home. I will only be gone for about 2 hours. I speak Spanish to Yair (he only says a few words), and will likely just play and watch TV during the visit. My grandma also only speaks Spanish.
