About this babysitting job

Professional couple seeking a back-up nanny for our 6-month-old daughter. We found a wonderful full-time nanny, but would like to know whether anyone would be available to provide (possibly last minute) backup care when/if we need it (when our nanny is sick or traveling). NOTE that this posting is looking for someone who is generally available to possibly provide backup care in the future -- there is no specific date/time that is needed. I simply hope to find individuals I can contact should the need arise for backup care. I work from home 2-4/days a week so will likely be at home while the baby is being cared for. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and trustworthy nanny to care for our daughter in our home. Must be comfortable with pets as we have a dog at home. Preference to someone who has CPR and first aid training. Further preference for someone who can speak Farsi and/or Spanish. Caregivers without experience caring for children under 1-year-old need not apply. Must be able to provide references.
