About this babysitting job
I work from home so I would need him occupied during work hours.. He might sleep the whole work day I will still pay. I have a play and seating area for caretaker. The caretaker would watch baby at home while I work in other room. I will prep food, he may or may not eat. If he is sleep your free to do what you want, keeping in mind I’m working and he is sleeping so I would need someone who doesn’t mind being silent.
