**Part-Time Babysitter / Early Childhood Learning Assistant** I'm a retired U.S. Air Force veteran and single father seeking a patient, caring, and dependable caregiver for my 4-year-old son, Junior. Junior was born in Germany and moved to America at age one. He's an energetic, affectionate, and curious little boy who currently attends **Pre-K3 and has a Speech IEP** focused on improving his verbal communication and language development. I'm looking for someone who can provide quality childcare while helping Junior strengthen his speech, vocabulary, early reading, and social skills through fun, age-appropriate activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Encourage verbal communication and sentence development. - Practice vocabulary, letters, numbers, and early reading. - Reinforce his Speech IEP goals through interactive play. - Engage in educational games, storytelling, and conversation. - Provide a safe, nurturing environment and occasional progress updates. **Preferred Experience:** Early childhood education, preschool teaching, special education, or working with children who have speech delays. **Scheduling is flexible.** Hours and days can be discussed to establish a consistent routine that supports Junior's communication development. My goal is to find someone patient, engaging, and committed to helping Junior grow in confidence, communication, and learning.
