About this babysitting job
Playtime and activities with Eli until bedtime (8:30ish). Then get ready for bed by light washing up - brush his teeth/clean any crumbs off his face (he'll brush his own teeth) and if you would read a book to him, then he'll be ready to sleep. He may want you to be in the room until he falls asleep or ask you to leave for "privacy" (lol). An adult should arrive after work around 11:10-11:20 PM. Please confirm their arrival, then end the shift. Thanks! Happy to provide any accommodations to make your sitting easier: - Preferred snacks - Dinner - Drinks - Etc Eli may/may not ask for snacks. I'll have snacks out for him to grab. He might just ask you to open them for him and/or for help with getting something to drink. He's good about self-regulating his eating. The only thing he needs reminders about is going to the restroom (~2 hrs). When he's having fun during playtime, he doesn't want to lose a minute of fun... so he just holds it in. Please - have him use the restroom.
