About this babysitting job

We're looking for a kind, dependable, and engaging babysitter for our 3-year-old daughter, Vera. We're hoping to find someone we can build a relationship with for occasional babysitting, date nights, and possibly some regular daytime help. Responsibilities would mostly include playing with Vera, doing activities, reading, helping with snacks or simple meals, and keeping her safe and entertained. We'd love someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children, is patient, attentive, and has a fun, nurturing personality. We also have a shy Australian Shepherd, so someone who is comfortable around dogs is important. We're looking for someone responsible, easygoing, and communicative who will feel like a good fit with our family!
