I am an NYC-based teacher, currently teaching 7th grade ELA. Next year, I will be teaching 4th Grade (all subjects). I am NYSED certified in ELA, Theatre, and Elementary Education. In addition to my experience in education, I have worked as a part-time/freelance nanny and child care provider in NYC for over ten years. I have an MA in Educational Theatre from NYU and am certified in CPR, First Aid, and Mental Health First Aid. I have also been fingerprinted/background checked by the NYC Department of Education. I am an animal lover with two cats (my former fosters). I grew up around dogs, cats, goats, and llamas and love all animals. In addition to caring for my own bbz, I have many years experience pet-sitting dogs and cats. I am on summer break and open to occasional work. Looking forward to speaking with you!

Hi! My name is Sarah, I’m an LA-raised NYC dweller and lover of kids. As the oldest of 7 close cousins, I’ve been babysitting pretty much since I could hold a bottle. After moving to New York for school, I majored in Creative Writing and minored in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies. I have babysat for a few families in the city (some for several years) for kids ranging in age from 18 months to 12 years. I’m seasoned in putting restless toddlers to bed, whipping up fun arts and crafts and making excellent after school snacks!

Hello! My name is Anatea and I am offering child, senior, and/or pet care as well as basic household chores/organizational help. I have been working with children for over 10 years ages ranging from newborns to high school students. Some of my previous responsibilities included: tutoring, driving to school/activities, cooking, etc. I have loved forming connections with the children I worked with over the years and being someone that they can look up to and count on. As for senior care, my experience stems mainly from caring for my grandparents as they got older, and additionally in a clinical setting when I worked as a medical assistant. I am happy to house/dog sit, or take your pet on a walk! A bit about me: I speak Polish fluently and French proficiently. Some of my hobbies include dancing (ballet and modern), tennis, hiking, and piano. I am also AED/CPR certified!

Hi there! I’m Micah. I recently moved to the area after getting married, and while I’m a writer by trade, caring for kids has always been something I truly love. Over the past four years, I’ve gained experience as both a babysitter and nanny, working with children of all ages—from energetic school-aged kids to some of the world’s sweetest infants and toddlers. I’m happy to help with cooking (and I’m a pretty great baker!), homework support, and light household tasks to keep things running smoothly. With a background in theatre and the arts, I bring lots of creative energy and love engaging kids in imaginative, age-appropriate play. I’m also pet-friendly (I grew up with two dogs), have my own car, and hold a Maryland driver’s license. My childcare experience includes overnight stays with infants, serving in my church’s pastoral childcare ministry, and regularly caring for groups of up to four children at once. Families often describe me as encouraging and joyful—I hope that during the time I spend with your little ones, I can plant a small seed of fun, comfort, and creativity that brightens their day.

I am a recent NYU graduate who studied acting and filmmaking. I've recently moved from NYC to Sunny LA! I love the outdoors, art, fitness, and finding fun new eats in the city. Growing up in a large family myself, and being the eldest girl, I've always loved taking care of children. During my time in NYC I provided childcare for my professors, as well as families in the Brooklyn area! From playing imaginative games, helping with homework, or exploring the city to find things to make them smile, I would describe myself as an experienced, playful, and kind caregiver. I also had many pets growing up, both dogs and cats, and am very comfortable caring or simply being in their presence.

Hi there! I'm Karina, a recent NYU graduate offering child and pet care! As the eldest in my family I've been working with kids since I was little and love to work with the PreK-12 age range. I also work as an after school lead tutor with the NYPL during the school year and can help that same age range with any homework subject. I can work with children individually or with as many as 5 kids at a time. I speak fluent Spanish and intermediate French. My goal with children is to inspire a love of learning and sense of wonder in the world around them and to do so through fostering curiosity, empathy, and a mutual sense of respect. Additionally, I'm often the first person my friends call up to petsit and am comfortable with cats and dogs, including those with medical needs.
