Hello everyone, my name is Natalie! Originally from Southern California, I moved to San Francisco three years ago. I have been working with children in a professional setting for 4 years. I have taught children in a preschool setting, ages 2 to 6. Supporting them with schoolwork, Spanish lessons, motor skills, nap time, and potty training. Before joining the preschool, I worked as a social-emotional coach at a public elementary school in Chino Hills, where I supported first-grade students. I love working with children and bring a lot of patience to their learning journey. Hello! My name is Jia and I am a recent graduate from San Francisco State University. I have an extensive background working with children, mainly grades K-6th. I have worked at an afterschool/summer program for 6 years (2 years volunteer, 4 years paid), looking after around 50 kids at a time. My roles there included chaperoning on daily park trips and weekly field trips, taking care of lunch and cleanup operations, as well as tutoring on math and English. My top priority is to always ensure the children are safe, but also to add some fun into their day! I understand that every child has different needs, so I’m always adapting and learning as I go.
