I have a strong background in providing compassionate, dependable care and creating a safe, supportive environment for others. Professionally, I've built my career around helping people by listening carefully, solving problems, staying organized, and communicating with empathy and patience. My greatest strengths as a caregiver are my reliability, kindness, and ability to remain calm under pressure. I'm attentive to individual needs, dependable, and take pride in making others feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. I'm also a quick learner who adapts easily to different routines and preferences. My experience includes caring for children by providing supervision, engaging activities, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe environment. I also have experience assisting seniors with companionship, daily routines, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and offering patient, respectful support. In addition, I'm comfortable caring for pets, including feeding, walking, playtime, and ensuring they receive plenty of attention and affection. Beyond caregiving, I'm experienced with household services such as light cleaning, organizing, laundry, meal preparation, and helping keep a home running smoothly. I understand that every family has unique needs, and I'm committed to providing dependable, trustworthy care while treating every home and loved one with the same respect I would my own.

Hi, I was born and raised in Jamaican, moved here to the US 3 years ago. I have a 12 year old daughter whom I love exploring the world of fashion and design with. I did HHA for 2 senior families back in West Palm Beach Florida for over 6 months before moving to Ohio. And back in Jamaican I babysit part time for over ten years.

I have four sisters and one brother so I had a lot of experience with them, growing up. I have babysat for families before and also have been a nanny for families as well. I love to be outside, during the summer, spring and fall and I am energetic, very caring and outgoing. I will agree with almost all plans and activities. I am observant and I am also a license practical nurse so I have experience in the health care field as well. I have experience with pets too. I love cats and dogs.

Hi there! My name is MeganElizabeth, but you can call me Meg or Megan. I am 25 and moved to Columbus about a year ago from Greenville, OH. I’ve been caring for kids most of my life—starting at age 10 by helping care for my 6-month-old nephew under my mom’s supervision. With sisters much older than me, I naturally stepped into a caregiving role early on. I began babysitting outside my family at 15 and started nannying around 19. I’ve had a lot of hands-on experience with infants, including caring for a 3-week-old foster baby several days a week for a few months, and a 1-week-old I was with consistently for over a year. I also spent about a year and a half working in a preschool, gaining experience with kids of all ages and personalities. I’ve been CPR certified since I began babysitting through the YMCA at 15 (my certification did lapse this April, but I’m still very familiar with the procedures). Beyond childcare, I’m happy to help with light housework, meal prep, and planning age-appropriate activities. What I love most about working with children is seeing how their minds work—how they look at life, how they process things, and those little moments when something clicks for them. It’s the most rewarding type of work to me, and I feel really grateful anytime I get to be part of their world. Let me know if there’s anything else you'd like to know—I’d be happy to answer!😊

"When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
