Booked by 3 families in Fall City, WA

Hi there! My name is Asma and I can’t wait to work with you. A little about me, I am originally from Ethiopia and eventually made my way to the States in 1998. Since then, I am lucky enough to have birthed 4 beautiful kids here: 3 boys (9, 16, 18) and 1 girl (19)! Aside from the motherhood experience, I’ve worked with seniors and children of all ages for over a decade. I have been employed as an Assistant Teacher at the Goddard School in Snoqualmie, Washington since 2016. At the Goddard School, I have been an assistant teacher to several teachers and have cared for ages newborn to 5, just until they’re headed to Kindergarten. In doing so, my responsibilities included: creating a calm, safe and nurturing environment to meet the physical, emotional and cognitive needs of infants, diaper changing, playing indoor & outdoors, etc. Furthermore, from 2005 to 2010, I was employed as a Home Care Assistance through Chesterfield in Seattle, Washington where I was responsible for caring for several seniors. My responsibilities included: mobility support, assisting with maintaining personal hygiene by bathing, brushing their hair and teeth or applying skincare, etc. I truly love working with seniors and children as they both provide me with a sense of joy and happiness. With each child or senior that I care for, I am committed to providing a safe and comfortable relationship with one another to ensure that they are best cared for. I would love to expand on my experience, if needed. Please feel free to reach out at anytime. Before accepting a booking, please be aware that I am unable to work with dogs and/or cats. Nevertheless, I am so excited to meet you! Additional Info: ⁃ Cleared for TB ⁃ MMR Immunization

Elise 1 review
Fall City
$20 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in Fall City, WA

I’m an incoming third year BSN (bachelor of science in nursing) student at Gonzaga University. I have a couple years of experience babysitting toddlers and up. I also have worked at a kids indoor playground ”Nick’s Magnificent” for over a year now, where I work the cafe and at the same time look after a wide range of kids from 0-12 years and make sure they aren’t getting into any trouble! I do want to mention that I am going back to college in September so I’m available until the end of August for repeat care.

Elise was professional, reliable and early to the booking. I really appreciated the reach out beforehand to quickly check in. She was attentive and began to engage with my child immediately- My child said that they had fun with her and can’t wait for her to babysit again. When I returned she has a thorough report of their activities, had put away leftover dinner and the items they had played with. She earned alot of trust we me as a parent very quickly and I felt that my child was in great care while I was away.

Issaquah
$30 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 19 families in Fall City, WA

Hi, my name is Diana! I’m 30 years old and hold a bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology. I’m currently working as an early preschool teacher, and I’m passionate about children’s development and the many ways they learn. I love exploring how kids think, feel, express themselves, and how to best support their growth. I have over 10 years of experience caring for children—as both a nanny and during my college years. I’ve also worked as a Spanish and English teacher, as well as with larger groups of children, so I feel confident creating engaging activities for all ages. Some of my favorite things to do with kids include crafts, painting, science experiments, puzzles, board games, and outdoor sports. I also enjoy helping with homework, teaching Spanish, encouraging positive behavior, and offering light household support. I’m fully vaccinated and certified in CPR, First Aid, and MERIT by Early Learning Professionals in Washington. I’d love to bring creativity, patience, and fun into your child’s day while making sure they feel safe and supported.

Diana was our son's nanny for a year and she was the best! Always arrived on time, quick to learn our routine, knew what to do with little instruction, was a self-starter. We trusted our son with her and let her lead with which activities to do at home. She was pretty much the perfect nanny for us. We definitely recommend her.

"When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
