Hello, I have recently moved to San Francisco. I was a nanny in San Diego for many years while I loved there and am currently looking to find a weekend position so I can continue my passion. Please note I do ask for a 4 hour minimum for a one-time job and an added $50/per day for holidays.

As a recent graduate of UCSC and moved back to the Bay Area. I am passionate about working with children and have a strong background in educational and caregiving settings. I hold a CPR certification and am eager to continue learning and teaching. Growing up in a family of Montessori educators, I was deeply involved in the school my mother and sister worked at in Pacifica, volunteering and gaining hands-on experience. Over two years, I also worked with Mad Science of the Bay Area, leading after-school and summer programs for children ages 3-12. This experience included engaging activities and educational experiences to foster creativity and learning. Additionally, I have provided nanny care for multiple families, including caring for sets of twins and a family of four, where I was responsible for coordinating activities, preparing meals, and providing tutoring support. Since relocating from Santa Cruz County, I worked at Tara Redwood School as an assistant teacher, supporting children ages 2-9 in a variety of classroom settings. In addition, I have experience dog-sitting and house-sitting, providing a well-rounded skill set in both caregiving and home management. I love to read to children, play games, creative play, running outside, playing sports, being silly/laughing, etc. My mom was an elementary school teacher and people tell me I am like a teacher. I must take after her :) I am great with infants and toddlers, I recognize non-verbal cues very clearly and think ahead. I take instruction well and I also can do well without any instruction because I have so many years experience and I am a no-nonsense type of personality. I understand how instrumental it is for children to have someone patient, supportive, and caring to support their growth and well-being. I have been caregiving for children, from infants to preteens (8m-12y) for about 5 years now. I used to work as a Camp Counselor during the summers, which taught me multitasking, patience, and problem-solving, amongst several valuable lessons. I have also grown up babysitting outside the app, building valuable and meaningful connections with several families and caring for their little ones!
